This Cabernet Franc begins with generous black fruit and cassis. Its ripe fruit and acidity make it a very food worthy wine. Complex aromas of forest floor, dried cranberry, plum, and sweet pipe tobacco develop in the glass. Tannins create a long lasting grip and an amazing texture. The finish is rich, layered and long. This wine is balanced enough to enjoy now but will reward those who are patient. With proper cellaring, this wine should age well for ten years or more.
