The Reserve House will open for the season on Friday, May 13th featuring wood fired pizza!
Serving lunch May through October
11:30am - 2:00pm Fridays
Beginning this year we will omit table service and have guests order in our tasting room. We will have a weekly rotating menu that will also be listed online for your convenience. Don’t forget to order a glass of wine! Just bring your receipt out back and we will make your pizza to order. We encourage you to find seating in our backyard flower garden weather permitting. Feel free to enjoy your meal in the Reserve House Building as well.
Please no reservations or call ahead orders. A limited amount of fresh dough will be made daily, and pizzas will be available until sold out! If you have a large party and would like to lunch with us, please check out our private events page for more details.
Rick and Darcey's son, Sager Small is Woodward Canyon’s Resident Chef and returns for his second year with the Reserve House after earning a degree in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Seattle. He comes to the Reserve House with experience in some of Seattle’s finest French restaurants, including Rovers, Luc, and Café Presse.
Sager’s menu focuses on Mediterranean techniques and scratch recipes, emphasizing our own herbs and vegetables. As much produce as possible is grown at our Lazy S Arrow Garden, which received organic certification through Oregon Tilth in 2014 and is managed by Sager himself. Other ingredients are sourced from local farms, Upper Dry Creek Ranch, Corsican Cellars, and this year featuring Small's Family Farm Flour from the extended Small Family!
