Our Reserve House Kitchen is open for lunch. We are open Thursday through Sunday from 11:30am to 3:00pm with our new chef, Sager Small. Sager is Rick and Darcey's son and returns to the family business after earning a degree in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Seattle and comes to the Reserve House with experience in some of Seattle’s finest French restaurants, including Rovers, Luc, and Café Presse.
Sager’s menu focuses on Mediterranean techniques, house-made pasta dishes, and fresh, local vegetables. As much produce as possible is grown at our Lazy S Arrow garden, which received organic certification through Oregon Tilth in 2014. Other ingredients are sourced from local farms, ranches, and cheese makers. All dishes are made to order from scratch, so please allot one to two hours - depending on the size of your party - to enjoy your meal.
