The best way to enjoy what we do here at Woodward Canyon on a casual Friday afternoon. The weekly menu will be posted in the Tasting Room where you order. Don't forget wine! Then you head out back to our outdoor oven and we will make your pizza. Please find seating and enjoy your meal in our backyard flower garden.

Rick and Darcey's son, Sager Small is Woodward Canyon’s Resident Chef and returns for his second year with the Reserve House after earning a degree in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Seattle. He comes to the Reserve House with experience in some of Seattle’s finest French restaurants, including Rovers, Luc, and Café Presse.
Sager’s menu focuses on Mediterranean techniques and scratch recipes, emphasizing our own herbs and vegetables. As much produce as possible is grown at our Lazy S Arrow Garden, which received organic certification through Oregon Tilth in 2014 and is managed by Sager himself. Other ingredients are sourced from local farms, Upper Dry Creek Ranch, Corsican Cellars, and this year featuring Small's Family Farm Flour from the extended Small Family.
