Our Reserve House Kitchen will re-open for lunch on May 7th. We'll be open Thursday through Sunday from 11:30am to 3:00pm with our new chef, Sager Small. Sager is Rick and Darcey's son and returns to the family business after earning a degree in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Seattle and comes to the Reserve House with experience in some of Seattle’s finest French restaurants, including Rovers, Luc, and Café Presse.
Sager’s menu will focus on Mediterranean techniques, housemade pasta dishes, and fresh, local vegetables. As much produce as possible will be grown at our Lazy S Arrow garden, which received organic certification through Oregon Tilth in 2014. Other ingredients will be sourced from local farms, ranches, and cheese makers.
We also have event space for rent in our Reserve House, and Sager can create everything from a spread of light appetizers to a four course dinner paired with Woodward Canyon Wines. Please contact Jordan at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
