Join us for an evening of clay creativity while we enjoy wine from Woodward Canyon Winery. Jordan Dunn-Small will participate in this workshop where you’ll get to enjoy Woodward Canyon wines while you also make a hand-built creation for your home. Materials, glaze, firing, and wine are all included in the workshop fee. The cost is per person.
This workshop will be held Friday, January 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
Participants in this workshop must be 21 or older.
Jess will be teaching this workshop. She has been an artist in one form or another for most of her life. She enjoys all mediums but has a particular fondness for clay. Growing up helping her mom with a slip casting business, Jess found clay only as an adult and got hooked. She built a studio in her garage, started mixing fiber into many of her ceramic pieces, and began selling her work in a local gallery. Her focus now is on sharing pottery and other art mediums with the Walla Walla community.
Disclaimer: Despite everyone’s best efforts and intentions, pieces can get broken when they are moved, through kiln mishaps, or for no apparent reason at all. Even a professional potter has failures. Please understand that while our success rate is extremely high, there is a slight possibility that your piece may have a flaw or even break.
