Sun Valley Wine Auction, July 23rd - July 25th Description: Join Woodward Canyon for the Sun Valley Wine Auction. Held every year beneath the summer sun and surrounded by beautiful mountains, the Sun Valley Center holds the Wine Auction to raise funds in support of educational arts programming and community outreach. This year's auction includes a number of events, including the Auction Gala, Winemaker's Dinners in private homes, a hosted wine picnic on the golf course, and a tasting of over 120 wineries that  participate in this 28 year old event. Tasting of the Stars, Sandpoint, ID, August 16th Description: Join Woodward Canyon at the Tasting of the Stars.  As part of the Grand Finale event at the Festival of Sandpoint, all concert-goers 21 years and older will be eligible to taste as part of the ticket packet for the Grand Finale - Swing! Swing! Swing! A Tribute to Benny Goodman with Richard Stoltzman.
