Donation Requests

Woodward Canyon participates in many auctions, wine dinners and donation-related activities throughout the year. We are proud and happy to support a variety of causes, although we are not able to honor every request that is made of us. If you are involved in an organization and are looking for a wine donation, we ask that you fill this form out and wait for a reply from us.

Please Note: Woodward Canyon has a policy against donating wine to K-12 educational institutions for fundraising purposes. Donation requests for these organizations will be denied. 

Please use the 'Additional Comments' box for shipping or pick-up information.  If picking up the wine, please note this as well as the approximate date of pick-up.  If we will need to ship the wine, please provide an address, which should include the contact name and the organization name, as well as the date the wine needs to be received. 

Generally, our response time is 5 - 7 business days. If you do not receive a response from us, we are unable to contribute to your organization or activity at this time.
